Dive Insight:
"If you want to pay a ton of money for a mediocre instrument you can do that," Panorama CEO Aaron Feuer told Boston Business Journal. He is referring to the fact that many schools already spend money on pre-made survey questions but many of the questions don't accurately address issues at the schools. Feuer believes his carefully crafted surveys can be an invaluable tool for educators since they allow administrators to receive real feedback for improvement. With today's constant loop of test score feedback, it's sometimes nice to move beyond the quantitative and delve into the qualitative. This often doesn't happen because qualitative feedback is not uniform, but if someone can figure out a way to provide insight on written responses, this may be a different story.
