With its latest updates, Vivi continues to streamline the classroom technology experience for teachers and upgrade real-time communication in an emergency.

Trusted by over 2,400 schools in 120,000 classrooms, Vivi integrates wireless screen mirroring, digital signage, video and text announcements, and emergency alerts into a single solution. With the first-of-its-kind release of Emergency Text Alerts, Vivi users can now broadcast critical messages across school displays during an emergency. This feature ensures staff and students have real-time access to vital information throughout emergencies. It adds to Vivi's existing Emergency Alerts functionality, enabling visual alerts to be shared on school displays. Schools and districts can seamlessly integrate Vivi Emergency Alerts with leading school safety solutions, including Raptor Technologies, Audio Enhancement, CENTEGIX, and InformaCast, using Vivi's API.

Additionally, to create a more integrated all-in-one solution that untethers teachers from the front of the classroom, the new Share Camera feature allows wireless sharing of content from document cameras or webcams directly through Vivi’s platform.

“Teachers have told us they need tools that save time and reduce frustration managing too much technology in the classroom,” emphasized Shelton. “With Share Camera, teachers can showcase lessons—like handwriting or math demonstrations—with a single click, giving them more time to focus on teaching.”

Other updates include Default Rooms, simplifying the screen-sharing process to a single click; Scheduled Text Announcements, allowing precise message timing; and expanded Power Management compatibility.
